Modified Nylon PA6 Series
Nylon 6 (PA6) modified with glass fiber reinforcement (15-50%), flame retardant, and toughened grades. Excellent balance of mechanical strength, toughness and processability. Most cost-effective engineering nylon for general structural components.
PA6 GBA35 · 35% GF Reinforced Economy Grade
Economy PA6 compound with 35% glass fiber. Tensile 138 MPa, Impact 15 kJ/m². Balanced cost-performance for structural brackets, pulleys and industrial components.
FTF02 · Custom Modified Nylon (OEM)
Fully customizable PA6/PA66 formulations. Choose GF content (10%-50%), FR rating, impact modifiers, color and additives. Sample in 5 working days.
ETF02 · High Temperature Nylon
Heat stabilized PA6/PA66 alloy. HDT @1.8MPa up to 210°C. Designed for automotive under-hood, engine covers and continuous high-temperature environments.
ETF01 · Toughened Cold-Resistant Nylon
Elastomer-toughened PA6 with excellent low-temperature impact. Notched Izod ≥ 50 kJ/m² at -30°C. Ideal for outdoor power tools, ski bindings and cold-climate parts.
PA6 GBC30 · Food Grade PA6 GF30
FDA and EU food-contact compliant PA6 reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Natural color, low migration. Suitable for food processing equipment parts and kitchen appliances.
PA6 BFE06 · Standard PA6 GF30
Well-balanced standard PA6 reinforced with 30% chopped glass fiber. Good mechanical retention, batch-to-batch consistency and cost savings for high-volume projects.
PA6 BFE01 · Premium PA6 GF30
Premium PA6 reinforced with 30% chopped glass fiber. Tensile 160+ MPa, tight property tolerance. Certified grade for critical structural applications.
Modified Nylon PA66 Series
Nylon 66 (PA66) offers higher mechanical strength and superior heat resistance (HDT up to 250°C) compared to PA6. Preferred for under-hood automotive components, electronic connectors and high-load mechanical parts.
PA66 BFE04 · PA66 GF30 Reinforced
Premium PA66 with 30% glass fiber reinforcement. HDT @1.8MPa = 250°C, tensile strength 190 MPa. Benchmark for high-temperature automotive and electronic components.
PA66 FR25 · Flame Retardant V0 GF25
Halogen-free flame retardant PA66 with 25% glass fiber. UL94 V0 @ 0.8mm, GWIT 775°C. Optimized for connectors, relays and electrical housings.
Modified PP (Polypropylene) Series
Polypropylene modified with glass fiber, mineral filler, impact modifiers and UV stabilizers. Excellent chemical resistance, low density and great processability. Widely used in appliances, automotive interiors and consumer goods.
PP GF30 · Glass Fiber Reinforced
Homopolymer PP with 30% glass fiber. Tensile 90+ MPa, flex modulus 4.5 GPa. Low-warpage version available. Ideal for appliance structural frames.
PP IM20 · Impact Copolymer (TPO)
Ethylene-propylene copolymer with 20% elastomer. Excellent room-temperature and low-temperature impact for automotive bumpers, instrument panels and trim.
