Juhai Plastics is a specialized manufacturer focused exclusively on R&D, production and export of modified engineering plastic granules. Based in Yuyao, Ningbo — China's plastics compounding heartland — we help injection molders, OEMs and distributors worldwide source consistent, high-performance PA6, PA66 and PP modifications at competitive prices with responsive technical support.
Our Story
Founded with the core principle of "Quality First, Win-Win Second", Juhai Plastics has grown rapidly by solving one persistent problem for global buyers of modified nylon: the gap between price and consistency from Chinese compounders.
Our founder and R&D lead spent over a decade formulating engineering plastics at a major Taiwanese compounder before starting Juhai. That experience is why our technical team can take your requirements — a 32% glass fiber PA6 with UL94 V2 at a specific impact target — and hit the spec on the second or third iteration, instead of the tenth.
From a single 65 mm twin-screw line in 2024, we have expanded to three co-rotating twin-screw compounding lines (65 mm, 75 mm and 95 mm) with automatic gravimetric feeding, underwater strand pelletizing and in-line metal detection. Our annual production capacity is 25,000 metric tons of modified engineering plastic granules.
