Below are the most common questions from new international buyers before placing their first order.

Can I order a small sample first to test the material?

Yes, absolutely. We offer free 2 kg samples of all standard grades for testing purposes. Buyer pays international freight (typically ~ USD 40-60 via DHL / FedEx). If you have a courier account we can ship on your account number. Custom samples (non-standard color or formulation) may take 5-7 working days and have a small setup fee refundable on the first bulk order.

What are the payment terms you accept?

New customer first order: 30% T/T deposit in advance, balance 70% T/T before shipment OR 100% irrevocable sight Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a top-500 global bank.

Repeat customers after 2+ successful orders: up to 30-45 day O/A (Open Account) terms possible subject to credit check via Dun & Bradstreet or local agency report. Escrow payment via Alibaba Trade Assurance is also accepted (capped at USD 50,000 per order).

Do you provide Test Reports / CoC with shipments?

Yes, every shipment includes: 1) Commercial Invoice, 2) Packing List, 3) Certificate of Conformance (CoC) listing the actual tested mechanical and physical properties from the specific production lot with batch number and date, 4) ROHS / REACH compliance letter, 5) Bill of Lading / AWB.

Additional documents available on request: Certificate of Origin (C/O), Form A / Form E / Form F for preferential tariff treatment, Safety Data Sheet (SDS in English or local language), Material Safety Declaration.

What if the material fails to perform in my application after purchase?

We have a Material Conformance Guarantee: if the actual lot properties fall outside the range quoted on our CoC / technical datasheet (±5% tolerance), we accept return or replacement at our cost, including freight.

For application-specific performance issues where the lot is within spec but does not meet expectations in your specific part (which is usually a processing or design interaction), our R&D engineer will work with you via live call / video to troubleshoot molding parameters, mold cooling, gate location etc., and if needed reformulate at 50% discount on the next batch. This guarantee covers up to 3 months from delivery.
