  • Packing List — per-bag / per-pallet breakdown; each pallet and each bag individually labeled with SKU, lot number, gross weight, net weight, manufacturing date, production line reference, HS code and "MADE IN CHINA".
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC) / Batch Test Report — per production lot: MVR, tensile strength, notched Izod, HDT 1.82 MPa, UL94 V-0 @ 1.5 mm result, moisture as-packed, color ΔE vs. master plaque. Lot numbers cross-referenced to invoice.

All shipments of PA66 FR-V0 standard-tier are covered by Juhai Plastics 12-month Material Performance Warranty from date of delivery, subject to proper storage and handling conditions as outlined in this product page and official Juhai TDS (Technical Datasheet). Incoterms & Freight Arrangements Offered

  • EXW Ningbo (default term): Customer collects from Yuyao factory gate by own appointed freight forwarder. Juhai loads standard export pallets onto forwarder truck free of charge (20 pallets max within 1 loading hour).
  • FCA Ningbo Beilun Port CFS: Juhai arranges domestic truck (90 minutes, ~$280 USD / 20ft) to port CFS warehouse; customer nominates ocean carrier and forwarder for ocean / customs brokerage.
  • FOB Ningbo Beilun: Juhai handles export customs declaration, THC (terminal handling), and delivery onboard named vessel at Ningbo. Customer arranges ocean freight and import clearance at destination. Most common term for 20ft+ FCL orders with established forwarder.
  • CIF / CIP Named Port / Airport: Juhai arranges full door-to-port logistics: trucking, export customs, ocean/air freight, and insurance (110% All Risks ICC-A). Upon request we can also arrange door-to-door DAP / DDP (with import duty + VAT pre-paid) to selected EU / US warehouse locations via nominated freight partner.
