1. What Personal Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when interacting with our sales or R&D team. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not run hidden tracking beyond standard web analytics.

Data you provide directly

  • Contact details — name, job title, company, country, business email, phone / WhatsApp / WeChat when you submit our inquiry form, reply to an email, or call us.
  • Project & technical data — part drawings, target mechanical properties (tensile, impact, HDT), glass fiber content, color, application environment, annual volume and target price. This is needed to recommend a grade and quote accurately.
  • Shipping & logistics data — delivery address, Incoterm preference, port, customs contact — only after a sample or commercial order is placed.
  • Marketing data — if you opt-in to our technical blog newsletter, we store your email and subscription preferences.

Data collected automatically

  • Server log data — IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps. Kept for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.
  • Analytics data — aggregated, anonymized traffic statistics (see Cookies section below).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for legitimate business purposes directly related to supplying modified engineering plastic granules:

  • Responding to quotation, sample and technical support requests;
  • Recommending suitable PA6 / PA66 / PP grades and sending datasheets and CoC documents;
  • Processing orders, arranging shipments and handling customs / invoicing;
  • Quality follow-up after delivery (e.g. requesting molding feedback, lot traceability);
  • Sending the technical blog newsletter only if you have explicitly opted in;
  • Improving our website, products and technical content;
  • Complying with legal, tax and export-control obligations.

For users protected by the EU/UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Article 6(1)(b) — Contractual necessity: processing required to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and perform any subsequent supply contract.
  • Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interest: quality follow-up, fraud and abuse prevention, and aggregated analytics to improve our service. Our legitimate interests do not override your fundamental rights.
  • Article 6(1)(a) — Consent: for sending the technical newsletter and any non-essential marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Article 6(1)(c) — Legal obligation: retaining invoices, customs and export-control records as required by Chinese and applicable foreign law.
